Hi guys. Couple questions to you experienced breeders as far as shipping.
1. How well do you get to know potential new buyer for your axolotls? I'm concerned about shipping them, then them getting to the new homes, and people not knowing enough about them and them not thriving. I don't want to assume people know how to take care of them, but I also don't want to be condescending if they're experienced owners.
2. What is your shipping policy? I would imagine most shipping goes perfectly fine, but what happens if someone tells you something happened during transit. Do you immediately refund the money or request pics of the axolotl? We can sell healthy animals, but can't guarantee how they're treated upon arrival, so how long do you guarantee health? If you do have to refund due to animal getting hurt/injured during transit do you refund shipping costs also?
Thanks!!
