Illness/Sickness: Shedding or?

My CFN has this whitish stuff on his skin and he seems pretty agitated. He won't stay still for a second. Is this itchy skin from shed or something else?

looks like fungus to me. get fungus treatment here:

or consult your vet.

It has seemed to have gone away.... maybe it was just shedding.... I'm keeping an eye on it though. And he is eating normally.
Thanks for the suggestion ill definitely keep it in mind.

It has gone away so I think it was just a weird shed...:screwy:
