This is a really interesting and creative tank! Do you cut the glass pieces yourself?

Won't the air in the underwater pocket (picture 6) run out of oxygen and become stale?

well it might run out of oxigen but i didnt thoug aboutit before, i migh refill the air every day or two, wont be much trouble, but thanks for the sugestion

You could add an airpump/airstone that would bubble air into that cave area. However, this would make the setup rather noisy - both the noise of the pump, and the blurp-blurp of the air burping out from the cave.

Better might be to take a turkey-baster, and every day or two just bubble some air into that space. This would be very quick and easy.

if i drill holes the air will run out and the presure will decrease and the water will level with the whole tank, by now i've being doing what jennifer sugest, its pretty easy and fast, i had one question, should i use the moss i found in the garden to putit in the dry area? is ti safe, or should i go with something else?
