Sexing C. Orientalis

The species stuff on many sites state that C. Orientalis males have "shorter and more laterally compressed tails".

1) Is this true

and

2) If it is correct does 'Laterally compressed' mean that the tails are 'tall and thin' or 'wide and flat'

Thanks a lot,

Paul

It is true, but it's a subtle thing. In breeding males especially, the tail is "taller" and thinner.
