Meet Severus and Myrtle. I got them for my birthday last week, the shop keeper tells me they are 7 months old and both girls but whatever, Severus is a boy. I built them a fake plant forest on one side yesterday, which they haven't showed much interest in yet, but Myrtle loves snapping away at the zone of bubbles I created. Sev likes to play with the bubble making puffer fish - one time it closed on his head! (he was able to lift it out easily). Severus particularly likes to hang around near the bottom (intake area) of the filter, I wanted to ask - is that because he just likes it there or because the filter is too strong and sucking him in? It doesn't seem too strong, but he is almost always hanging around there. Anyway, here they are, Severus is the dark one with the "severed" chunk out of his tail, and Myrtle is the yellow one. I spent like an hour in the shop trying to decide which two were the healthiest looking, and despite Severus's injury he was my first pick :happy:
