Ok, so I have 2 efts that seem to be ready to become aquatic adults. They are about 3" and are becoming a more olive green color. What kind of setup should I use for morphing efts? What size tank, how much water, what substrate? I will post pics up of the efts soon.

The second change back to water isn't exactly a "morph". In fact, some Noto are perfectly happy to remain terrestrial, even after they become full grown adults. Their skin does change when they become aquatic, but it's unclear if this change is cause (causes them to become aquatic) or effect (changes after they become aquatic). I would guess it's the latter.

The ideal setup would be one with plenty of both land and water area, so they have a full choice. Another option would be a setup with shallow water and very little land area; this will strongly encourage them to become aquatic if they are ready. But if they don't switch to the water in a couple of weeks, you'd have to change them back to something more terrestrial.

Some examples.
