Please could someone tell me the best way to catch larvae so I can seperate the different sizes. I have 14 at the moment (19 days old) and they are between 20 & 30 mm.
They are currently all together in a tank 35cm x 20cm with a water depth of 9cm and are developing well feeding mostly on daphnia but the last couple of days they have had small amounts of frozen bloodworm.
Any advise would be appreciated.

I used a turkey baster to suck my larvae up and separate them to different containers. If you don't have one, you'll just have to rely on gently pouring them into containers or scooping them out with a small container or cup and transferring them that way.

I also use a turkey baster, it works wonders when trying to move newt/salamander larvae when they are still tiny.
