What kind of eggs are these I found them in a creek

Hi Cage. Today I learned something and it was because of your post, so thank you.
I took a good look at your photo and then did an image search using Google for "amphibian eggs in PA". I learned that salamander egg masses have an outer gelatinous mass which frogs spawn doesn't. So, your eggs are salamanders. Take a look at this screen shot. Next you can find out which type of salamander. Have a look at this link as they try to do just that.

Looks to be a species of Ambystoma in your state.
