Hey, after getting scared away from the gravel setup that I had, I decided to change the girl's aquarium to an all-aquatic setup. I may put in some skipping-stone smooth rocks in the next few days. I stacked the 2 hideaways, to make a condominium! Also added some of the Elodea into the skull hideaway and a large piece of driftwood for climbing.

She still wont eat...but maybe she'll come around soon. i'm so worried about that!

(Why does this site hate my photo uploads! ARGH

well done, but you did not have to take out the gravel cause the gravel helps break down the bacteria in the tank but it also creates foooood holes......looks good...

Hey Tony, no gravel is a good option. That's what I use in all my tanks now and I'd never go back. Lots of us use no gravel. Be patient and give her time to be alone and relax, she'll probably de-stress and eat soon.

i like the scull and plant idea, it looks great. I use gravel but cleaning with none is MUCH easier!!
