Oh yeah, this is her temporary summer setup in our basement to keep her water cool. Same aquarium but I took out the sand and the 3d background. It is so easy to keep spotless without any substrate, but I think I might do sand again...

I like your tank! She doesn't look overweight,as for whether she's a she,I wouldn't like to guess as im pretty new to axolotls!

Thanks! I usually have a nice 3d background and sand substrate, but since this was just temporary I skipped that stuff. We have a roommate and the downstairs is his domain, I told him that i was going to be moving her back upstairs this winter and he got all upset! lol... I have created another 'lotl lover

Your golden albino has got some amazing colouration! I don't think I've ever seen one with such large and even spots on it's body like that before. More pics please.
