Click on your private messages in the top right hand corner. It will lead you to where you can edit your profile etc.

Go to User CP (in the green bar on the top of the screen)
Then on the right you'll see Your Profile (and there is an option you can click on "Edit Profile Picture")
Then you can upload one from the computer or a URL.
