So my tiger really wants nothing to do with worms when i use my tweezers.....HOWEVER, when i put the worms in his bowl he will eat them, i put 2 worms in there the other day he ate one, and left the other, later i noticed the worm was 99% out of the dish and burrowed into the substrate. is this ok? if some of his worms sometimes get out and go into his substrate?

Id say that as logn as it dosent get intot eh water and decompose then it should be alright. The best thign would eb if the worm wasnt allwoed to burrow in substrate, but it cant always be avoided

I have lots of 'free range' earthworms in my tiger's tank. Sometimes they eat them, sometimes they don't. As long as they're whole, not chopped, they'll live happily in the substrate. I always find worms when I put in fresh dirt. I chuck those back in.

i am using 50/50 coco fibre and organic topsoil so cool if they live they live if nnot whatever lol as long as it isint harmful to my salamander
