Yeah so my question is when a tiger salamander morphs to being terrestrial is that the adult size?And after they have morphed will they keep getting bigger or is that the max size?Get at me!
Normally the salamander will continue to grow after it has metamorphosed. In my area new metamorphs are typically 4-5" in total length, while mature adults are 8-12". A possible exception is when a large gilled adult metamorphoses; it may not increase in length after metamorphosis.
