Question about my tank cycling

Hi Everyone! I had my tank up and running for about 2 weeks, but recently moved my filter, substrate and plants to a larger tank to accommodate more axolotl. I don't have anyone in that tank currently because I am getting a small amount of ammonia still, but I have added the API quick start to try and get the bacteria going faster. My question-since I moved most the things from the old aquarium, should my tank cycle faster? Will adding the quick stat help? I currently have my axies in small tubs, waiting for their tank to be ready! Any suggestions?

Tank will definitely cycle faster as the beneficial bacteria is found in the surfaces and filters and not the water itself.
