I already have a chiller but it isn't working as it should. I have to have fans on constantly with the AC on constantly. And the fact the temperature doesn't stay near the same range. It sometimes reads 15C and the highest was 23C.

So I bought another chiller that is for a bigger tank since a guy told me to oversize it. Well, it didn't come with a pump or tubes for it. So now I'm at a loss, I don't know what pump to use with it.

The guy told me to use a Aquael 1000, which is a filter? I guess? That's what it looks like to me. I already have a filter

So what are your suggestions for a good pump for my chiller? If it's too high of a flow, I'll get a spray bar, which I'll probably do anyway.

I have a Hailea 150A chiller. The inlet and outlet things are a little less than 1 cm in diameter. Should I get tubes that are 1 cm in diameter or do those have too big of a hole?

Also, about filter cartridges, do I clean in the tank or in water that came from the tank but was put into another bin?

I had an Aqueon Quiet flow Submersible Aquarium Utility Pump. Can't remember the number though. It was for a smaller chiller. It worked fine.

For cleaning filter cartridges use tank water that had been moved to another container.

I'll do some research on something like that. Maybe I can find one that'll work for my chiller.

That's what I was hoping I was supposed to do.

Thank you both for your help. :)

Trying to find that pump, I think the inlet/outlet things on my chiller are .9mm, so trying to find a pump that fits that.

If I can't, what can I do to make it fit the chiller if the pump needs a bigger tube?

You might be able to find some tube connectors at a hardware store.
You could also try amazon.

Okay thank you! I'll go about getting the pump and the tubes now. I'll see what the hardware store has near me before going on Amazon.

Thank you for your help. :)
