Compliments for the breeding with Pleurodeles. I heard several problems of infertility with CB specimens in Europe.
 
the marms are also nice! Did you find out their locality? Mine look very similar to yours.
 
I’m not sure of their locality. They are similar to some that Ruben posted photos of a while back, but then I guess there are lots of localities that have similar looking marmoratus.

Ruben –I hadn’t heard of infertility in cb pleurodeles (I wish someone would tell mine – they are rather too fruitful!). I imagine that P.waltl has been at FX for many years in European collections. I wonder if this is a symptom of over stagnant gene pools…

This larvae is a couple of weeks older than the one in the photo above. It already has some of the adult markings and you can see the light coloured spots down it's flanks where the ribs would end/protrude! Not something I've noticed until I looked at this picture.
