Hi everyone,
My axie Greg (who is also our beloved preschool classroom pet) seems to be in ill health. He is normally a voracious eater and ignored his food today as well as has been just lazily floating (he is normally pretty active). He also has some weird skin things going on. It seems to be covered in algae as well as looking thin in places. His eyes seem to also have a coating of algae on them. Please help! Does he need a salt bath? Fridging?
I'm going to do a partial water change tonight before I leave school and make sure it is nice and clean for him.
Attached are pictures of my Greg. Any thoughts?
