Ok here we go again our golden albino mystic has laid yet another 3 batches of eggs so far and like last year she throws a curve ball of colors last year we got leuy our strange agold albino wth blue dots this year from her first batch she has given us loch unsure of what he is caz at times you can see his eyes n other times u cnt pretty sure he is albino tho but thought we would share his amazeing colors with all spesh the spotches of yellow in his gills. At a loss as to just what this lil one is n we do hve a few white ones like loch just cant get a clear shot of them with the baby gold albinos

looks like it could be a copper, only time will tell. hold onto it though.

I've been after a copper for a while. we only seem to get wilds, melanoids and even the leucistics seem to be hard to find sometimes out west.

As already mentioned it does look like a copper but the gold in the gills does look unusual. What is the male that you are pairing with your golden albino? Would love to see pics of any of the other unusual ones out of any of the batches of eggs.

My concern is the eyes. The color looks right by the eyes look like a leucistic or wild types.

It looks like an extremely light wild type to me.

We have no idea who the father is as we dont seperate our axies until after they hve laid last year mystic gave us luey very mch the same as loch except luey had light blue dots all over him/her n the eyes mystics greatest traiat is all her offspring hve wat we call the eyeliner look (a black line around the eyes on the skin very mch like a lady wth eye liner on her lids) we hve close to 20 of these lil guys. she also gave us some very similat white ones but they went real fast to new homes we decided to keep these n another lil guy frm last years batch we r yet to try under a black light he seems to glow a nice green at times n yet looks like a wild type green brown. mystic is our best breeder n gives off some amazing coloured off spring always diff frm her last batch
