i put sand in yesterday... yayy...

and it settled after a few hours, which was good.

Homer went back in today... WITH all new stuff for him.

I bought him a new hidey hole thingymi bob

some fake plants

a backing sheet... mainly to cover up my dull wall

this gnome thing i thought would look funny...

and i put a little "no fishing" ornament in there that my friend gave me =]

ok so quick question...

i bought play sand from bunnings... but it has a few little stones in it as well...

should i try to get them out..?

or should it be ok?

Hey Robbie, I would try and take those little stones out or buy some play sand with no stones in them. Those little things could be easily swallowed by your axolotl. It should be able to pass it, but if it was avoidable it would be better. I would,nt want to pass little stones all the time. Good luck with your axolotl.

so i think he swallowed some of them...

That was luck, I feel for the little guy, lol. I would also take out thoes little rocks
Because there just like gravel ya'know? I have fine grane sand that is practley like
dust. Its a pain to clean but in the long run I know that it will pass through my
Axies like water
