Parasite treatment for plants?

I assume you mean a treatment to remove animal parasites, not plant parasites. There are several treatments that can be used. A brief treatment in 10% bleach or a solution of potassium permanganate are a couple of possibilities. I'd recommend doing a google search, you'll find plenty of articles out there.
