I have had three pachytritons for about three years. I think that two are pachytriton A and on is either a B or a brevipe. I haven't had much luck with finding them and when I do they tend to not look well cared for. Does any body have any suggestions for me? Thank you

Brevipes are quite unusual and very easily identified, they look very different from labiatus. Here in Sweden labiatus is one of the more common newts in pet shops. See photos of labiatus/brevipes. Brevipes have spots all over and are normally much brighter(?), if I remember correctly.

Raj - What country/state are you in? Do you have all three housed together?

Sorry, I forgot to give any info. I am in Boston MA. I thought there me be someone reputable on line. I have two housed together very happily but the largest pachy A definetely like his space and lives peacefully in a separate tank.
