Nice! I know just about everyone who rears Paramesotriton does it in a different way, but I don't try to see my morphs (of hongkongs and fuzhongs) eat...I just throw in fruitflies and other 'sweepings'. How long is 'he'?- I'm thinking around an inch.
Caudos, I think, are slightly different regarding raising - I think Henk may have reared some (I seem to remember it on one of the newsletters he does) and Jessica Miller of livingunderworld definately did it. I would give those two an email. I have a feeling that caudos will be more damp-loving than the other Paramesotritons, Jessica has some pics of juvies which are aquatic.
The two species I've done seem to be very sluggish and timid as juvies so I just let them get on with it. I know Juraj gets them feeding on worm chunks, but I never seem to mannage. My fuzhongs are in the crucial period at the moment, about a fortnight after metamorphosis, so if any aren't eating I may lose them shortly. I;m on holiday for a fortnight on Saturday, which isn't the greatest timing...but that's the biggest advantage of this method - I can just put loads of fruitflies, aphids etc in rather than them depending on me to feed them.
