Hello there,
My P. brevipes has some sort of wound on its back where the tail meets the body on the opposite side of the cloaca. I'm not sure how he got this, it looks like a stab. I recently moved him to a 30 gallon tank and kept him in a smaller 10 gallon meanwhile with no lid besides duct tape used to make an extended rim to keep him from getting out. Anyway I think my cat stuck her paw in to try to grab him and maybe stabbed her claw into him
. He eats normally and hasn't showed any disturbances or signs of pain.
So I was hoping someone could tell me what action to take to help him out because it is an open wound and I don't want it to catch an infection. Anything is helpful
.
Thanks in advance
-Frank
