Our new baby, he/she is about 3.5 inches long and those eyes glow in the correct lighting. Tail has a beautiful set of golden flecks within it, again only visible in the correct light.

My axie is a golden albino too, and it seems like with the flash on you get the glowing eyes but with the flash off you still cant capture their awesome eyes :O
They are awesome in the right light though!

Well Sapphire, today i got a shot from the front with near ideal lighting. I have rigged up a set of blue LEDs at the rear of the tank that light the glass up across the front and in patches where the sand has been removed, this has allowed me to capture this pic of him coming back towards the front of the tank Did get one of his golden flecks in his tail, but to blurry for public showing Admittedly this one is a bit blurred to, but trying to set up my digital camera to take a good shot is becoming a learning curve of it's own! PS no flash used, never do in any pics I have taken. I play with the settings and try and try again for the right shot versus the right lighting, but I know what you mean, it is hard to get the eyes without a flash.
