Hello all,
The past 2 weeks i've spent collecting some footage of our little guy eating. It's mostly fruitflies, crickets and hand fed bloodworms. He's mostly terrestrial but he'll dive in the water to eat things as you'll see, he even does backflips into it! lol

Lovely video, i haven't thought that orientalis can hunt like this. Mine never practiced active hunting on land, just staying in cover. Maybe because i never used to keep them terrestial, in most cases it caused bad things to my newts. Perfect slow motion of shooting newt's tongue. I was wondering if my little morph shall have no problems with catching springtails on coconut soil.
Diving for food is also incredible. As i can see it catches something floating on water surface?

Thanks :)
Yah he dove in after a fruitfly trying to swim to the rock. And yeah i was rather impressed with his hunting abilities, he's more fun to watch than my chameleon!
