Hello everybody,
I´m looking for pachytriton especimens and i found some of them on sale in probreeder.com (They are in singapore or hong kong), my doubt is because i have never bought animals in this way and as i live in Spain i don´t know if the animals will arrive in good conditions. Have any of you had experience with buying caudates with this company or similar...canyou tell me what do you think.
Thank you very much in advance.

Antoni - A friend and myself enquired to that same site last year. We got an initial response and after exchanging a couple of emails NOTHING. We were told various shipping dates that never materialized etc. I havent tried to get in contact with him in a long time, so Im not sure if he is even around anymore. Couldnt hurt to try but dont get your hopes up.

Dear All, I would appreciate some help identifying P. waltl disease and treatment. We received newts from Europe early November and a few maybe 3/70 had what it looked like lesions under the legs- at that time we thought maybe it was the stress of travel- now we think they probably had "red leg syndrome" (see picture). However a few weeks later other newts started to develop skin lesions (picture enclosed). The sender recommended to use sulfamerazine and we have treated them 2x and we are not sure they are all recovering. Does anyone have any experience with P. waltl diseases and could give some input on this? Any input would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.
