nice picture. congratulations on the babies. hopeig to see morepictures throuought their development. Very intersting. I love seeing good quality photos of the differnt stages of development!

maybe a bit offtopic, but how do you guys take pictures of the inside of the aquaruim like that?
If I try to take a picture, I can't even get it sharp..(and my cam is expensive enough to be able to take a decent picture :p)

ontopic:
Are those eggs isolated, or are they in the same tank as the parents?
I'd love to see what colors they'll become

Awww, so adorable. They already look like little axolotls. And if they are gonna be anywhere as pretty as their mum Olive, they are gonna be gorgeous!!!

great pictures of the development.

Your baby axolotl make me want to ask my freind who has family in Hong Kong to bring back some cute baby axolotls :p
Yes, your axolotl babies are that cute!

The first picture, the pose of the baby 'lotl staring back at the viewer is an interesting photograph. I am very curious to the colour varions being developed for I notice some have yellow colouring to them.

Good luck with the babies!

Ah...thanks! I actually sepnt part of the eggs to my another friend in Hong Kong! To take care of them, and I take care of most of Olive's babies. However, there's quite a lot of dead babies I found this morning, I got to figure it out if it's casued by the brime shrimp babies I put yesterday.
But I wish finally there's some babies can really grow up!

When you rinsed the brineshrimp if you have any brineshrimp eggshells in with them too and the babies swallow it that can also kill them.

Looks like you may have some goldens like Oliver as well as wildtypes. Very nice photos as always Morrisey.

Congratulations. How many babies do you have now? You seem to be doing a good job ^^

Congrats on the babies! Don't worry too much about the casualties unless too many die. Usually when you try to raise large numbers, a few are bound to die.

awwwww they look so cute
