Hi anybody my 11 inch fat axolotl only eats worms and is thriving .I feed him three or four a day and are about 50 to 60 mm and it would eat more if I offered him or her more.i observed that every few days a round membrane pellet is passed and this contains the soil from the worms gut and I assume bodily waste? I carefully syphon out this pellet as it can burst and cloud the water. I have a bare tank bottom and vacuum any small particles daily .I have cave, rock feature and artificial plants .I do a partial water change once a month even though the water readiness are spot on.i use a fish tank heater/stat set a 64degrees . Can't think of anything that would improve my set up ?

Not sure but I think that's pretty normal.

When you posted this, I thought you were talking about a worm that made an axolotl lunch.

No. It's the flying purple people eater thing.

Is it a thing that flies and eats purple people? Is it a thing that eats flying purple people? Or is it a thing that is purple, flies, and eats people?
