Can't see from photos, are the white areas fuzzy? If so, it's most likely bacterial/fungal, which is remedied by PimaFix (among other meds, although PimaFix is very gentle to axies). If you aren't sure if the spots are fuzzy, you might just do a 75% water change and put aquarium salt in your tank a couple times in one week, see if that clears it up. Is he eating normally?

its not fuzzy, i have do a 50% water change ,i have put salt in the tank. temperature 18°c.they look healthy, they eating well.

Welp, quarantine the new guys for a week with the salt bath and see if it clears up---at least this way you won't be spreading it to your other axies....

jojovial - I can't tell what that is by looking at the pictures. Some wild type axolotls do get white spots that are pigment not parasites or fungus.

If you are sure they are parasites you might try this or seek a vets help.
The Richard Gordan lab (University of Manitoba) offers the following: We've had great luck treating skin infections and skin parasites, "fuzz" on the gills and apparent fungus in nip wounds, and red sores or skin irritations with Nitrofura - G, a compound of Furazolidine, methylene blue, and postassium dichromate available from most fish stores. We use it in the dosage recommended by the manufacturer. It goes in the water as a yellow powder that turns the water blue. The animals usually improve rather dramatically over three doses.
