No eyes pleasee help me

I purchased some chinese fire belly newts and one of them i can not see its eyes. All of the others have their eyes wide open while this one´s eyes are not there. How can i fix this or will it just regenerate?

And eye will not regenerate. Is it completely missing or does it simply have its eyes shut permanently?
 
Its completely missing what should i do???
 
Was it already missing when you got it? Is there a sore (whitish area of open flesh)?
If there is a wound, you should isolate the newt, and start with salt baths or Neosporin. If the eye is missing but there is no wound, then it might be an old injury or a congenital condition.
 
Yes its eye was missing before i got it and i dont see a open sore
 
Will it be able to survive like a regular newt? And i read they can regenerate organs including the eye so is there at least a possibility it can grow back
 
As far as i know they can regrow parts of an eye (say a missing cap), but not a complete eye.
It should lead a fairly normal life actually...they don´t relay on vision that much, so it should be perfectly able to find food by smell.
Try to take a picture if possible.
 
Would she be able to breed if not i would like to seperate her from the males because i would not want to stress her out thanks for helping me i really appreciate it
 
Given the possibility that it is congenital, i would not breed her (you don´t want those genes passing onto other generations).
 
I have an eyeless axolotl that does just fine. She's probably better at finding her food than the others, even.
 
the pet store said they feed them newt pellets but when i feed them none of them go for the food. i also dont see them eat i know your supposed to feed them live food but i was going to gradually switch them over so it wasnt all at once. please help thanks
