Newts or salamanders in higher temps?

Are there any that tolerate and thrive in slightly higher than usual temps? Like 74-80 degrees?
 
Cynops cyanurus will tolerate the mid 70's but I don't think I would say they thrive in it. That's the only species that I can think of that even comes close to those temp ranges.
 
Cynops ensicauda is said to tolerate those temps without problems. All species benefit from and indeed may need a colder invernal period though.

This question has been asked a number of times, so in the future please use the "search" function before posting already asnwered questions...
 
One important question: are you thinking about 74-80 as a year-round temp, or just during the periods of peak summer heat? If it's just for part of the summer, I think both species mentioned (C. cyanurus and C. ensicauda) would be OK. My C. ensicauda are at around 76-78F right now, but they are below 70 for more than half of the year.
 
Thanks for all of the quick and helpful responses. I did actually search for my answer but couldn't find it. I'm aware that generally speaking they all have the same temperature
requirements but I figured there might be a species or two from a more
tropical climate that would work for me. Oh well, since the fan doesn't work I get
to invest in a chiller!
