Newt Personalities

I was wondering what everyone else thinks about the personality of their newts? My P hongkongensis are very mellow and laid back, nothing seems to excite them or bother them, gentle giants. The P waltl I have on the other hand are just eating machines, when I turn on their light they all gather in one place, not a single one stands out as having a clear personality, all instinct with these ones! But I have to say that my C.o's are the ones with the most diverse and varied of them all, each one is a character! Two of them never leave each other and where one goes the other follows(both females so its not breeding season in this case) I can go on but to much to list. I read a lot of the personalities of axolotls such as riding the bubbles from the air pump or cuddling together! Im sure everyone out there has something interesting to add to this!!!

I refer to my two rough-skinned newts as "the dogs" sometimes. I swear they recognize me when I peek into their cages and they come over to say "HI! Got any food?" just like my real dogs. Meanwhile, my smallest chinese fire-belly is the spunkiest brat. Whenever anything moves next to the aquarium he goes crazy, mouth wide trying to attack. His two friends just kind of sit there and stare at him like he's nuts... It's great.
