I have about 40 more eggs on some plants, should take them off or just put the plants in a tub with 2 to 3 inches of water

It depends if you have small enough foods for the larvae. If not, I'd take the adults out, because their tank probably has small enough live foods in it to sustain the larvae. If you plan on selling them across state lines, you may need to ship them as eggs, what species are they?
