Question: Newish tank cycle time?

I am in the process of upgrading my tank to a bigger size - I kept most of the clean water from my 10 gal and put it in the 25 still have a biofilm pad in my filter to help cycling. I put in new sand as the substrate, and didn't clean off the film on my rocks. How long would anyone estimate my tank should filter before i can put my lotl back in? (She's an adult)

I have put a sponge filter that was from fully cycled 10 gallon aquarium, in 5 gallon and about 3 days later tested water it was cycled.

Oh good - I've heard it can take up to a month to cycle... I'll test tomorrow and see how it looks. I don't want to leave Schmidt in the cooler any longer than i need to
