well im starting a new tank but not sure what plants i could use, i have plenty space, guess, but i only have a few plants in mind

sorry for this picture i only had my cell phone camera if you see the door slider you'll se the whole thing, and this are the plants i have so far

what species are you plan on housing? are you gonna do a mostly land setup?

I once almost bought the last 2 from your photo (is it one specie?) and they said it was highly toxic. the one from the 3rd last photo died on me in my paludarium, so I guess you need to be gentle with it, not too much water.

the last tow are difrent the last one have pink spots, and yes ive asked a bit and the one before its a bit toxic, but anny suggestiosn would be nice, about the tank i think ill do 45cm high of water and the res would be land, ill star soon even i dont have anything to put in hope i get something soon.

well its being a while and i've being very busy bulding the new tank, half water and half land
first i though i would have time this month so i placed the bottom gravel and a rock

then i went to get the materials i would be using

and to add colour to the foam i used my same materials i used on the test tank

i havent finish yet, but its almost all done, just need to clean the exedent silicone from the glass and add some dirt and plant the plants
this is almost all the building progress

then i painted the foam and im not so pacient so while its drying i added some little rocks to filter the watter in the land area

and these are the plant im putting in:

forgot to tell that the waterfall pool its still missing the river to make the water flow back

took me a while to make the waterfall to work the right way, water keep falling everywhere but its all done now.
have'nt got all the plants i want thats why sitll some things left to do, but its just back ground and 2 or 3 bormeliads but this is how it looks, the land area, and the water will have to wait because i think the tank would stay empty, no animals, for a while

i used a national orchid not sure whats the latin name

and for the background i used this material, dont know the name in english, here its called chipe, becasue thats the name of the tree, i guess its fern

and this is the moss i used, could get any more so ill have to wait until all the ground gets green

decided to add more land area, because i guess it would be more easy to get national newts and they're terrestrial so im adding like a second store, ill post pics, but not soon, its break time for me
