New tank

Well after having a bad time with my axie Wilma being quite poorly i decided to spruce up her and her tankmates tank. While she takes some time out in the fridge.

Thought i would share, i needed to cheer myself up!

It still looks a bit cloudy in the pics but is cleared now.

Hi, can I use REAL cocunuts cut in half? will it rot and make the water full of toxins? (might be a silly question!)

The only thing on the coconut that will rot is the white meat.
The outer shell will last some time. Little fibers and hairs might fall out.
The toxan part, i have no clue. The hairs will cloudy up the water for sure.

The half coconut shells will be fine in the tank. Coconut fibers are commonly used as substrate and decoration in amphibian enclosures, so no worries there. Nothing toxic.

Awesome tank set up i love the coconut houses! its such and original idea! it looks like ur axie loves them! and also what is the name of the plant in the corner i like the colour of it
