New tank setup

How should I go about setting up my tank to make sure that it is safe for the axolotl? I have attached a picture of how I have it set up now. The water has been in there for about 3 days now with the filter running. I have treated it with dechlorinator and tested the pH, ammonia, nitrite and nitrate levels every day since adding the water.

Looks good! I would fill it up all the way, and learn about cycling the tank. Hopefully, you can get some help from your other thread about your first axolotls that died.
