New tank set up

Here's our new tank set up. Hopefully, our axie (who is now named Jojo, after a family friend. Thats what happens when you let a toddler name your pets) will be much happier in here. We'll post pics of Jojo when she's settled down and is a little less stressed.

However, I think it would be best if you posted some photos of Jojo now. And then more after she's settled in. And maybe some more after that. I want to see how cute she is in her new home!

P.S I dont think JoJo is such a bad name, you should encourage you toddler to learn about axies, They are probally fasinated by them (well I would be)

Thanks everyone!! Its always good to get a positive response from people with a bit more experience!!!

Neke - Jojo is being shy at the minute - she hasn't really come out of her hide since she went into the tank last night. We'll have the camera on standby to get some pics as soon as she's out and about!

coichards - Our little one is fasinated, although he thinks that Jojo is a fishy!! He does kiss the tank night night before bed every night, bless him. He's only young (he'll be two on Wednesday). Our Jojo is young as well so hopefully he'll learn all about axies as they grow up together.

Axolotls tend to be more active at night but if you keep it dark during the day also, you may see more activity from it.
