They are all Hypselotriton orientalis. They are also quite poorly. The husbandry is completely inadequate. If you want them to have any chance at all of surviving, you really need to start offering optimal conditions. You should also try to fatten them up with earthworms or waxworms, they are dangerously thin.
By the way, the reason why they have different skin textures is that their skin changes when they are adapted to land or water. The rough skin indicates adaptation to land and is a very common response to the terrible conditions they have suffered through. They will only go back to being aquatic if water conditions are optimal.
