Oh wow, you have to be excited about those guys... is that all the information you're going to divulge to us?

I sure hope become as successful as the strauchii appear to have been.

How do they compare to strauchii so far?

That's about all I can tell you so far, they're just settling in. They run around and climb like little lizards. They're young CB's that will hopefully be my breeding stock of the future

haha, I meant like who bred them, how many do you have? If you don't mind me asking -

I'm excited for you!

Woooh... nice to see they ended up in the hands of an experienced keeper rather than a trophy hunting novice with too much disposable cash. Look after them and breed them - in their thousands preferably

. Good luck!

In answer to your questions Kyle, I got them from Michael Shrom who imported them from a breeder. I picked up a dozen to hopefully help insure a gender ratio. As for the magic touch Pin Pin, we'll see about 2 years or so down the road. I've had luck with alot of species, hopefully it keeps up. I also have some buddies who have experience keeping and breeding them so I'm getting some good info on care and breeding. Hopefully in a couple of years (fingers crossed) I'll be able to set up some people with breeding groups like I did with the marms, montandoni, apaunus, and cristatus from my own stock.

It's too bad we can't post videos here... this is one species where a photograph really fails to capture it. I've seen these little guys, and they move around like nothing I've ever seen. Try to imagine newts on speed. Good luck with them, Dave

Dave,
What do your buddies tell you about their relation to water? I've read two different stories on this. They remind me a lot of leopard geckos the way they look and act.
