New Axolotl tank

I will be acquiring 2 new juvie axolotl's in the next week from a person on the forum. Since I have not had experience with cold water plants, what are some plants that would do well in an axolotl tank with the low light and cold temps? I know hornwart is one but i'm not sure what else would do well. Anything on this would be excellent.

Java moss and Cabomba did really well in my tank. The cabomba makes a bit of a mess sometimes, but its very pretty and the axies love to bury themselves in it.

Silk or plastic looks good as well.......I seem to kill all plants
