I finally found a 4 ft 55-gal tank for under $50 last month. I set it up, it is almost done cycling, about a week to go. I think my breeding pair of Axolotls will be VERY happy.
I have narrow-leaved java ferns in there. Not so much now, but in 2 months there will be a whole forest in there. I have some java moss as well, with some guppy grass floating on the surface. All plants and rocks in there are from my Noto tank, so cycling is probably already done. I'll give it an extra week or two, just to be safe.
