It's been awhile, i wanted to post some pix of my little darlings...

The tank as of present, I've had to move a few plants around because the swordplants block alot of the light.

My new little smiler with the most bizarre colouring, i dare say it's a she, i'm not sure what to call her, i'm thinking Tiger at this point in time, I'd be very interested in any suggestions.

The colours don't come out very well here but she's very very white with brown freckles.

Wow amazing markings on that new one.

I think Tiger suits her.

That's one gorgeous little freak. Occasionally you'll get 'wildtype' coloration with the 'albino' eyes. Very pretty.

tank looks great and also really love the look of ur new axie very unusual looking

whoa, the last pic looks cool, his spots are glowing. and yeah, very cool pattern and colouring on your new axie!

You are so lucky to have such special looking axies. And I just LOVE your tank-setup

thnx guys,

Well Tiger has stuck for the names. Sadly she's full of stones courtesy of the petstore tank, but she seems to be doing well. I can't get over how freaky she looks, i'll take some more pix of her when she's in the tank along with the others i haven't been able to take good pix of so far.

I like Lugia for a name

Beautiful coloring on that axie, and also your tank is beautiful! Nice job!

Dear All, I would appreciate some help identifying P. waltl disease and treatment. We received newts from Europe early November and a few maybe 3/70 had what it looked like lesions under the legs- at that time we thought maybe it was the stress of travel- now we think they probably had "red leg syndrome" (see picture). However a few weeks later other newts started to develop skin lesions (picture enclosed). The sender recommended to use sulfamerazine and we have treated them 2x and we are not sure they are all recovering. Does anyone have any experience with P. waltl diseases and could give some input on this? Any input would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.
