NEVER thought Id have this prob.

Well my happy go lucky lard of a newt has stopped eating, He was on earthworms, it has been almost 2 weeks since his last meal. SHould I be worried he def. has some meat on his bones. do you think that a food change may sway him? thanx

Don't worry too much if he isn't horribly thin yet. Just keep trying to feed him and pick up some high-fat feeders like waxworms to try to encourage him to eat again.

I wouldn't worry yet about him starving, but you should try to figure out if there is some reason for the change. New tank, or anything changed there? Any other symptoms? Change in temperature or different water? It wouldn't hurt to try a different food.
