Illness/Sickness: Need help with a sick red eft

I noticed these blisters maybe, on my newt, one on his head by his eye and one on has tail. His left eye looks like its partial closed, compared to the other eye and hes lethargic. Normally a very active little eft, is now not moving at all. I've been spot treating with saline but i dont think its doing anything. I had him housed in a 5.5 gallon terrarium with two other red efts. The temps usually stay around 60 - 75 degrees Celsius and humidity stays in 70% - 80%. I also have had them for a little over a month now and they were all eating fruit flies and chopped up night crawlers/ earthworms. This little guy is quarantined now and i haven't noticed any symptoms in my other two efts, so im hoping they're ok. If anyone has any idea what this could be i'd be super greatful!! im having a hard time finding a vet for amphibians
