Need help on tank/water setup and food options!

So I have been reading up on different articles on how to care and feed an axolotl, but still can't narrow down the simplest way to go about things. 1) what's the best tank setup? or best way to change/filter water? and how often should the water be changed? 2) what's the best way to culture food (e.g. brine shrimp)? And for how long or until what age should they be fed Daphnia or brine?

I would really appreciate some feedback on how to go about things! Thanks =)

First, can you clarify your question. You say "care and feed an axolotl", but your questions seem to be about raising them from eggs or early larvae? What age/size of axolotl are you asking about?

My apologies... it is still in early larvae stages. it's only about 4 weeks old.
