i think there is a care sheet in caudata culture on them-i never have had luck keeping them for more than a year-best guess is 50-70 max-i know they have been reported in the wild seen under the thin ice that forms on ponds in the spring.

There's a lot of debate about what is a decent maximum temp. The ones that live in Florida certainly experience higher summer temps than those in Nova Scotia, so there is not general rule about maximum temperature that is going to make sense.
