Since saturday i have 2 waterdogs, since yesterday 1 is having trouble staying on the bottom and he seems to not be able to stay down at all without holding on to things. i read online it could be gas since its only his butt thats up so to help him out not be tired i put him in a tank with a lot less water.... seems less stressed this way but its not ideal for him ofcourse.. i though maybe he's morphing so i put a big rock on the side of the tank where he can go on and hide in case thats it but since there is no sign of his air things getting smaller or his tail changing in comparison to the other one... there is no bullying so i doubt the other would have done it too him... this one also didn't eat as much as the other and hasn't pooped that much either... any advice on what it is or how to fix it..

If the rear end is floating, it's often a sign of constipation.

What kind of food are you offering? What kind of substrate do you have?

Check out this caresheet and this article.

I agree about the constipation, Also check your water quality, swallowing air is often associated with poor water quality/oxygenation. Did these animals fly recently?

They have a air bubbler thing and a nice big filter... not to big.. I noticed he went potty and is having less trouble now staying down.. Still a little butt floating but not as bad as it was..
There is nothing he could swallow on the bottom of the tank cause of my turtle and beardy. I know anything can impact them so i don't use it... I feed them small feeder guppies and defrosted bloodworms.. I feed them small amounts cause don't want to over feed them since I don't know if they fed them proper in the petstore.
I doubt they were flown in here in Florida but who knows. Hopefully now that he went potty his floating is in the past.
The water test was good so same as my big 90g tank so I assume the potty going was the trouble.. lets hope anyway

Is he sharing his tank with the turtle? Also do you have a photo of them please?

Earthworms would be a better food choice. Bloodworms don't have much nutritional value, but are good every now and then to add variety.

This weekend I'll go dig for earthworms at my brother in laws since we have our back yard treated for pests... although we have tons of earthworms since we have just redone our back patio and we had them show up ever shuffle full of dirt ....

I had him in with the turtle for about 10 sec then i realized that it wasn't going to work out for either one and moved him to a 20 g tank alone at first we went back to the store and got another one when we went for more fish ... that one was too cute too... I don't know what i was thinking.. putting him in with the turtle i mean all our animals have their own cages/tanks so why shouldn't these guys! Oh right because the petstore employee said i could and i believed him .. tsk tsk stupid me!

I have a picture of 1 i think i'll post it.. its hard to keep them apart since the only difference they have is the color of their eyes.. one has blue ish eyes and the other green but other then that and one has the left side of their head things a little shorter and the other the right lol.. think this pictures is Falcor later on today ill take pics of Derp...

There isn't really such a thing as overfeeding larvae, within reason. They will put on weight and length before morphing. The bigger they are when they morph, the better they are.
