my Tiger Salamander eats "Fluker's Freeze Dried Crickets" Good or Bad?

These are really nutritionally null and void. It's like eating popcorn. It fills you up, but doesn't provide any nutrition. Earthworms are a much better staple.

The freeze-drying process destroys the vast majority of the proteins, fats, vitamins, and minerals contained within the cricket. It turns it into cricket-cardboard.

About the same. Just like with human food, much of the nutritional value is lost in the canning process to the liquid in the can. While slightly higher on the scale above freeze dried crickets, you are better off going with a pellet food designed for newts.

Truthfully though, nothing beats a varied diet of live foods with earthworms as the staple. Live crickets, fed some moist flake fish food prior to addition to your tiger tank, make an entertaining treat for you and your pet.
