My tiger is due for feeding and I’ve tried for two days to get him to eat but he hasn’t shown any interest in his worm. I had waited a little longer to feed him since I was goon for a few days, I figured he’d be jumping for food but not even on snap at the worm. I’m not quite worried yet, I want to be premature in figuring out something is wrong. Could this be parasites? What else could this be? My house has been extra worm recently could this make him not want to eat? Help, please I want to get ready if he doesn’t get better!

I'd try another food item. Pinkie, cricket, super worm, even a minnow might grab your tigers attention

That what I thought, just wanted to see what other people thought. Thank for you feed back!

No problem! My tiger had a strike for a bit a while back. I used earthworms, I feed him crickets and super worms usually. Ate it whole haha! Just adding variety is all really

Dear All, I would appreciate some help identifying P. waltl disease and treatment. We received newts from Europe early November and a few maybe 3/70 had what it looked like lesions under the legs- at that time we thought maybe it was the stress of travel- now we think they probably had "red leg syndrome" (see picture). However a few weeks later other newts started to develop skin lesions (picture enclosed). The sender recommended to use sulfamerazine and we have treated them 2x and we are not sure they are all recovering. Does anyone have any experience with P. waltl diseases and could give some input on this? Any input would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

sorry I am having a hard time trying to upload the pictures- I have them saved on my hard drive... any suggestions-the prompts here are not allowing for downloads that way as far as I can tell. Thanks
